DVD answers

Okay, here are the answers. I'm going to put them in the comment section of this posting so that people don't see them until after they've taken the quiz, if they want. I'll put the grades in there too. Look for your names at the top of each comment posted by me to find your score.
I'm loving grading your quizes. you guys have some great answers! "Why, a couple of times I even laughed out loud...right out loud!" Who said that? Check out the answer to number 1.

Enjoy! I know I have.

I wasn't a stickler for the exact title of the episode as long as it was clear that you knew which one it came from.

    Here's the goods:
1- Cousin Thomas Edson. “Sally and the Lab Technician”
2- Sally to Rob. “Where’d I come from”
3- Buddy to Rob. “A bird in the head hurts”
4- Rob to Laura. “All about eavesdropping”
5- Sally to Rob. “Too many Stars”
6- Buddy to Rob and Sally. “Scratch my car and die”
7- Laura to Rob. “Three letters from one wife.
8- Buck Brown (the cowboy star? Hardly!) to Rob. “Baby Fat”
9- Rob to Sally about buddy. “The bottom of Mel Cooley’s heart”
10- Rob to Laura. “You ought to be in pictures”

    Extra Credit:

    Dummy McGeem: Mel's dummy

Eleanor Roosevelt comment was Rob to Laura (under his breath)about Jerry after Jerry was overheard saying that Rob was "no Albert Schweitzer" Good retort Rob!

Let's play a game certainly WAS Millie at her dying party. Thanks Angela for reminding me that she wasn't the only one trying liven things up..."MY WHAT A BEAUTIFUL ASHTRAY!" I love it!!

    Mom -

    you scored 42.5

Sorry, but "You’re no Eleanor Roosevelt"

Who wants Eleanor Roosevelt for a Mom anyway? You're the best!

Good job with the Buck Brown name. You surprised me with that one.
Your 2.5 points came from the extra credit. You got the game right, but not the episode.

Love ya. Thanks for playing...and being the first one again to comment.

    Martha -

    You scored 95 points!

You are an honorary cast member! Good job. I have to say, you floored me with your thoroughness. You get a gold star...and two points.

I think you could even write your own quiz.

    Miss you, thanks for playing.

    Angela -

    You scored 52.5

"You’re no Eleanor Roosevelt" either. Sorry.

However, pat yourself on the back because you had four complete blanks and still scored pretty well. You're also very thorough. I wonder where that comes from?
Your half point came from scoring 7.5 on number 1. You forgot to say to whom Cousin Thomas said the line. Just an oversight, I'm sure. Actually, I forgot to write that in the answers too..oops! It was to Rob and Laura. Just read your Mom's answers. They're almost better than the answer key itself.

Miss you, friend. I wish I could come to your island and visit you.

    Elias -

    You scored 50 points

You're a great guy, but I'm afraid "You’re no Eleanor Roosevelt." Sorry.

Good job for being out of practice!
I guess you know what your make up homework is, right? It's only 5 seasons. I'm sure you'l have it done in no time. haha.
Btw, nice try with number 3! There are about 40 episodes that fit that description. Can't blame ya for trying though.

Great hearing from you. How are things with the Youth?

Hey there! I am afraid I am a total bupkis. I like the Dick van Dyke Show, but not quite THAT much. However, I do have a nice little stack of things that need to be graded if you want to take a shot at them. I'll need them back by January 4 so I can get report cards done by the 5th. Thanks a ton. :)

Nice try Laura! I love teaching, but grading tests and quizes is NO FUN AT ALL! This one doesn't really count for anything...except presige among friends..haha.
